St. Andrews is walking distance to the Urbandale Library, fitness centers, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, doctor, and dentist offices.
You’ll stay fit at St. Andrews with the walking, biking and jogging trails. Lots of green space to grab a book and relax. There are several gyms and fitness centers to choose from right out our door.

You will see deer, squirrels, rabbits, and some days even a red fox from the comfort of your apartment. Spring is awesome here with all the flowering trees and you will enjoy the duck/geese pond with all the baby chicks. We have a large variety of birds. Robins, blue birds, cardinals, blue jays, goldfinch, woodpeckers, owls, and hummingbirds just to name a few.

Our spacious one- and two- bedroom apartments are so nicely designed with a lot of extra features. Large kitchens with lots of cabinets and counterspace. The bedroom is extra-large, even allowing space for an office area. There is an abundance of storage with a walk-in closet in the bedroom, linen closet, and coat closet in the hallway. In unit washer/dryer hook-up and fireplaces. The apartments have central air and a choice of garden view, walk-out patio, or balcony.
The best part of St. Andrews is the people who live here! Family owned and operated we take pride in keeping the complex well maintained and clean. We have an on-site maintenance and leasing office. Secured buildings with keyed entry. For us it is important to provide a clean, safe, quiet, and relaxing apartment for our tenants. We care about our tenants and know everyone by name.
